Thank you for shopping with Creativa Soul Studio. We aim to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review this policy carefully.

This store uses Printify for Print On Demand (POD) products. Read more about Printify and Print On Demand services before you place your order. 

Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

Printify also partners with various providers to offer products that can be customize with content and sell to Customers.

If you have an issue with your Order, contact info@criativasoulstudio.com immediately in order to meet the deadline for us to work with Printify. The Printify policy for store owners is to contact them within 30 days of the product delivery to you.

In order for Printify to process your request we will need this sent to info@criativasoulstudio.com immediately upon receipt and inspection of the products:

  • Provide a detailed description of your issue.
  • Provide relevant photo or video evidence that supports your case.

After investigation, Printify will determine if you are eligible to receive a free of charge reprint or refund. Some issues do not qualify for reprinting, such as the issues outlined in the link below.

We do not offer return or refunds for original artwork. Those are all considered final sale items. We are happy to discuss the artwork with you before you place your order.
